Ritual of Recollection

Each morning, before the world speaks, sit in silence for 7 minutes. Recall a moment you felt whole, or deeply human. Write a single sentence about it on paper. Fold the paper, keep it with you.

Grounding by Earth

Find soil, stone, or root. Bare your hands and place them on it. Close your eyes. Listen to your breath. Whisper one thing you’re grieving. Say goodbye to it aloud. Stay for 2 more breaths.

The Mirror Offering

Stand before a mirror. Look into your eyes. Speak one truth to yourself you’ve never dared say aloud. It can be painful or kind. Then thank yourself for carrying it. Bow your head, then walk away.

Shared Light

Once a week, light a candle at night. Think of someone you've never met, who might be hurting. Send them your warmth. You may speak aloud, or sit in quiet witness. Let the candle burn as long as needed.
